Stages of Charity Nomination Review Process

Nomination Period – Employees and clients submit nominations (September 5 – 21)

Committee Review - The CIBC World Markets Miracle Day Committee reviews all charity nominations to confirm compliance with program guidelines.

Due Diligence - On or about October 17th, charities will receive an email from CreateHope, a third-party vendor, requesting the charity to complete an online anti-terror attestation form. The deadline for completing this form is Friday, October 26, 2007.

Final Committee Review - The CIBC World Markets Miracle Day Committee reviews due diligence results and makes the final determinations of charity eligibility. Charities will be informed of final eligibility status on or about November 12, 2007.

Miracle Day is Wednesday, December 5, 2007.
